Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of youp.up, a payment orchestration platform that lets businesses connect payment providers — starting with Whop — and manage checkout, subscriptions, customers and reporting from one dashboard.

1. What youp.up is

youp.up is software, not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. Funds move between your customers and your connected payment provider directly; youp.up never takes custody of funds and does not itself hold a money transmission or banking license.

2. Your account and organization

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the security of your account credentials, and for actions taken under your organization by members you invite.

3. Connected providers

When you connect a payment provider (such as Whop), you authorize youp.up to communicate with that provider's API on your behalf to create checkouts, read transactions, and receive webhooks. youp.up is not responsible for outages or policy decisions of a connected provider.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use youp.up to process payments for illegal goods or services, to evade a provider's terms of service, or to store payment credentials outside of the tokenized flows the platform provides. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Fees

Subscription fees for youp.up itself are billed according to the plan you select. Fees charged by connected payment providers are separate and governed by that provider's own terms.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, we will make a reasonable effort to help you export your transaction history.

7. Disclaimers and liability

youp.up is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, youp.up is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or of any connected payment provider.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of youp.up after a change constitutes acceptance.
