This policy describes what information youp.up collects and how it is used. It does not cover the privacy practices of connected payment providers, which are governed by their own policies.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email), organization details you provide during onboarding, and transaction metadata synced from connected providers (amounts, statuses, timestamps — never full card numbers, CVVs or PINs).

How we use it

To operate your dashboard, generate analytics, send transactional notifications, and secure your account. We do not sell personal data.

Data isolation

Every record is scoped to your organization. Row-level access rules prevent one organization from reading another's data.

Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for legal and audit purposes.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion, subject to legal and audit retention requirements, from your account settings.
